"Really disappointed and let down"
I was really hoping this would feel special, especially since it was meant to be a gift, but it came across as careless. The whole thing kind of ruined the moment for me, which was frustrating because it felt totally avoidable.

"The packaging really wasn’t okay"
I’m not trying to make a huge deal out of it, but the packaging was bad. The bottle was loose inside the box, and there didn’t seem to be much protection at all. It could’ve easily leaked or broken, so I think it’s fair to point that out

"Tracking Was Clear... When It Felt Like Showing Up"
The tracking updates were actually clear, which was nice. They were just a bit slow at times, because apparently suspense is part of the shipping experience now.

Manoswine actually had the bottles I was after, which was a relief. Other sites were sold out. A couple things were marked as limited stock, so I had to swap one of my picks. Not a huge deal. Still a easy experience overall. 4 stars.

"Helpful team, just caught them at a bad time"
I had a question about shipping a custom bottle and reached out to their licensed team. It took a little while to hear back, but I think my timing was just bad and they were probably busy. Once they replied, the answer was clear and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.

I sent this as a gift, and the person I gave it to was really happy with it. They mentioned the bottle looked cool and felt personal, which was nice to hear. Shipping took about a little longer than I expected, but it still arrived just fine. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d definitely use them again.

I ordered from Mano's Wine, the return policy left me confused. It wasn’t the simple thing to figure out, which made the whole order feel less comfortable.
I had to click around for a while, and I still wasn’t totally sure what items could be returned, how much time I had, or whether I’d end up paying the extra fee or shipping cost. That kind of information should be easy to spot before you buy something.
Maybe it is listed on the site somewhere, but it didn’t feel clear to me at all. I don’t like guessing about a return terms, so I probably won’t order from them again.

I ordered from manoswine.com thinking it would feel a little more special or premium, but when it showed up I was like… make it make sense. The bottle looked fine, nothing wrong with it, but it definitely didn’t feel worth the extra money. I’ve bought better wine for less from local shops, so I can’t really justify ordering again unless the prices come way down

"Cool little shelf piece"
I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I just wanted something fun to put on my shelf, and this bottle totally works for that. It has a collectible look, so I’m keeping it unopened. A couple friends noticed it right away when they came over, which was cool.

"Nice custom bottle, but shipping took some figuring out"
I ordered a custom bottle from Manos Wine, and overall the actual shopping experience was smooth. The site was easy to use, the designs looked good, and checkout didn’t really give me any trouble.
The only frustrating part came when I got to the shipping situation. Because of alcohol restrictions in my state, I couldn’t send the bottle where I originally wanted and had to change my plan. I get that it’s probably not their fault, but from my experience, it would’ve been much better to see those rules clearly before getting that far into the order.

"Selection felt limited and no one followed up"
I was expecting a lot more variety from Manos Wine. There were a few nice options, but the overall selection felt limited, especially if you're looking for different styles or something gift-worthy. I spent a while clicking around and still couldn’t really find anything that matched what I had in mind. I also reached out hoping for a little guidance, but never got any follow-up, which was frustrating. Not the worst experience, but I definitely expected more choices and better communication.

I checked out manoswine.com and, umm, I wasn’t fully convinced. The bottles look nice and everything, but the site didn’t really give me enough info about who’s behind the company, which made me a little hesitant.
Maybe they’re completely legit, I’m not saying they aren’t, but it just didn’t feel super trustworthy to me. I’d probably hold off for now or buy from a place I already know next time

"Slow replies and tough to get updates"
I reached out to Manos Wine about my order and ended up waiting, waiting with no clear update. When they finally got back to me, the reply didn’t really answer what I asked, so I had to follow up again.
I totally get that businesses get busy, busy, but the lack of communication was frustrating. I just wanted a straight answer, and based on how slow the customer service was, I probably wouldn’t order again

I was expecting the bottles to feel a little more special, but they ended up feeling like just another themed wine with a different label. The idea is cute, I guess, but for the price I kept noticing what was missing more than what was fun about it. It just didn’t feel unique enough, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered a few bottles from Mano's Wine and was excited when the box showed up. Everything was packed decently, the bottles looked good, and the shipping time was about what I expected, so at first I thought the whole order had gone smoothly.
Then I noticed one of the items wasn’t the exact one I had picked, which was a little frustrating. I reached out to customer service, and they did get back to me, though it took a bit longer than I would’ve liked.
